Bloomberg reported Tuesday that the lawsuit was filed on Dec. 23 in federal court San Jose, Calif.The suit claims that the devices are telling advertisers what software is being downloaded and how much it is being used as well as a users' location, age, gender, income, ethnicity, sexual orientation and political views.
